Jay is an honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and the University of Vermont where he studied philosophy and economics.He has cooked professionally in Colorado, San Francisco, Boston and Chicago inheriting a range of influences from those local cuisines and cultures.
In Chicago Jay has worked in catering, gourmet foods and chocolates for over ten years.He has owned and managed Catering ♦ Chocolate since 2007.
